Cast Iron Skillet Cozies

Many people do not know the health benefits of cooking in cast iron pans and or skillets. Making your meals in cast iron pans will increase your dietary source of iron. Iron is a vital mineral, and is an essential factor in the bodies ability to efficiently circulate oxygen through the blood stream. People lose iron through perspiration. It is estimated that 60% to 70 % of Americans do not get enough iron. Tiredness and headache may be caused by low levels of iron in the blood steam causing inadequate oxygen circulation.

For more information on the health benefits of iron visit www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/minerals/health-benefits-of-iron.html

Cast iron heats up evenly around the pan this includes the handle. Take care when grabbing the handle of your cast iron pan it can get very hot. Weather it's on the stove top or hot out of the oven you will need to use a pot holder to protect your hands from getting burned. My Cast Iron Skillet Cozies will protect your hands. I make them using therma~flec and insul~bright on the inside giving you the extra protection you need. On the outside of my skillet cozies I use cotton fabric which also benefits you because I can make them to match your kitchen theme or color.

I have been meaning to buy a cast iron skillet for ages! My mom has had the same set of three since I was a kid and she still uses them ALL the time. I might have to go search one out tommorrow! And I have anemia issues - so thank you so much for your psot!

I was wondering if you are still selling your cast iron skillet cozies and also whether you have tried them for other non-cast iron pots. I would be interested in buying a few for my mother. Thank you.
